1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use this site and make purchases. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Orders

We offer:

  • Clothing and goods (custom made when ordered)

  • Original oil paintings (one-of-a-kind artwork)

  • Fine art prints (including limited editions and print-on-demand reproductions)

Each product is described to the best of our ability. However, due to the nature of handmade and print-on-demand goods, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory issues.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or customs duties (if applicable), which are calculated at checkout or upon delivery.

We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide where permitted. Shipping times vary depending on the product:

  • Clothing and goods: Typically fulfilled within 5–10 business days.

  • Original oil paintings: Shipped within 7–10 business days.

  • Art prints: Fulfillment and shipping timelines will be detailed on the product page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on clothing, goods, or original artwork unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item was damaged in transit.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, text, images, and other content on this website are the exclusive property of CHLOU or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
