General Information:

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Processing times:

Clothing & Goods

  • Each item is made to order and typically ships within 2–7 business days.

  • Production times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.

Art Prints

  • Art prints are created and packaged after you place your order.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Original Oil Paintings

  • These one-of-a-kind pieces require special handling and packaging.

  • Orders ship within 5–10 business days to ensure secure delivery.

  • Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped with protective materials.

  • We may use specialty couriers for oversized or high-value art.

  • Insurance and signature confirmation may be required for original pieces.

  • Shipping costs for artwork are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Please note: Multiple items may ship separately depending on the item type and production facility.

Customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order contents and delivery location. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders or promotions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in locating it with the carrier.
