However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they are sent into production and cannot be modified or refunded.
Original Oil Paintings:
Each original piece is a unique, hand-painted work of art.
Returns

Returns on original artwork are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring safe delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned painting is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (minus shipping) to your original payment method.
Art Prints:
Art prints are made with care and high-quality materials.
